Minecraft PE 1.17.30.20

A new beta of Minecraft 1.17.30.20 on Android has been released. In this update, the developers fixed more than 20 bugs, made some changes and improved the stability of the game.

Fixes

• Experimental features: Wither can now be spawned on negative heights
• Fixed several crashes that could occur during the game
• Fixed a crash that sometimes occurred when loading large worlds from the market
• Speech synthesis now correctly reads the names of items in the inventory
• Inventory grid slots are no longer counted twice for text-to-speech focus controls
• Light blocks are now displayed when holding an object, and also show the brightness value
• Fixed a bug with the light block hitbox
• The sky is no longer drawn through the walls of a large enclosed area when using fog
• Fixed a bug where candles could stand without a block from the bottom
• Waterlogged blocks no longer occasionally turn into ghost blocks
• Increased the hitbox of medium lava cubes
• Fixed drawing of the sky through the walls of a large enclosed area when using fog

Version equality

• Eating the horus fruit while using the elytra no longer causes fall damage
• Fixed an animation bug where skeletons didn't hold their bows with both hands

Technical changes

• Updated achievement screen included for VR (except PlayStation VR)
• New chemical reduction materials can be defined in JSON files
• Chalkboards are now displayed sequentially when placed
• The '/clone' command now copies the signal strength for levers and red dust
• In the '/structure' command, you can now specify a position argument with Y below 0 if it is equal to or exceeds the minimum height for this dimension
• The '/time set' command now sets the correct time and day when specifying a time above 24000 or below the current time (for example, '/time set 0' sets the day to 0
