Minecraft Beta 1.12.0.4 - What's New?
The developers have released another update for the Minecraft Bedrock test version numbered 1.12.0.4. This update doesn't bring any new features, but fixes a number of bugs before the possible release of the next beta - 1.13.
Changes:
- Increased volume and frequency of raid mob sounds to make them easier to find
- Updated the main menu panorama
For Add-on developers and map makers:
- Signs after copying will no longer break if there are no blocks in the area
- Added documentation for logs
- Updated documentation for scripts
Bug fixes:
- Fixed a crash on dedicated servers
- Fixed a crash that could occur when trying to create a world from a template
- Fixed a crash on Nintendo Switch after resuming the game
- Fixed a crash that occurred when navigating the interface
- Frosted ice no longer causes game freezes
- Fixed the polar bear head
- Iron golems will no longer walk to the world center (x:0, y:0, z:0) after a village is destroyed
- Fixed spider pathfinding
- Fixed an issue where command blocks sometimes wouldn't trigger for no reason
- Fixed the display of spawn eggs in item frames
- Red sandstone slabs now have correct textures on all sides
- Updated the glass texture in the cartography table interface
- The "Zombie Doctor" achievement can now be obtained again
- The achievement date is now displayed again in the achievements menu
- Fixed incorrect skin loading between devices
- The book icon in the enchanting table interface no longer overlaps with the runic inscription (pocket interface)
- Fixed an issue on Xbox that could prevent navigating the menu after signing into a Microsoft account
- Removed sand from the wandering trader's trades and changed the cost of the diamond hoe from the toolsmith
- Fixed some other bugs
