Minecraft Beta 1.13.0.17 — What's New?
Minecraft Bedrock Beta 1.13.0.15 brought many various bugs, and a week later the developers released a new update numbered 1.13.0.17, which fixes a number of different issues.
Bug Fixes:
- Crashes/Performance:
- Improved performance when opening the inventory.
- Improved block rendering performance.
- Fixed a crash that could occur after attacking a Pufferfish.
- Fixed a crash that could occur when using the Character Creator.
- General:
- Fixed an issue where global resources were not applied after restarting the game.
- Fixed the selected skin not being saved after restarting the game.
- Gameplay:
- Fixed an issue with block updates on a mossy block triggering a Redstone update in the same chunk.
- Fixed a bug where the player could accidentally place a block or use an item while trying to mount a mob.
- Mobs:
- Fixed the animation of End Crystals.
- Fixed the visibility of items held in foxes' mouths.
- Reduced the fox's jump height during attack from 11 to 5 blocks, matching Java Edition.
- Fixed a bug where horses reverted to their old models and textures.
- Items:
- Fixed item positions when playing in third-person view.
- Character Creator:
- Several fixes and improvements to Character Creator navigation when using a controller.
- Fixed body part offset issues.
- Fixed the character deletion screen.
- Commands:
- The '/particle' command now works correctly again.
- Fixed the error message when using the '/help' command.
- Add-Ons and Script Engine:
- The boss health bar now appears again when creating a custom Wither using Add-Ons.
