Minecraft 26.60.29 [Beta]

Developers released Minecraft 26.60.29 Beta for Android. The update added Ice Caves, new blocks, the Freezing effect, and the Frostbite mob.

• Added the new Ice Cave biome under cold Overworld biomes
• Ice Caves consist mainly of Packed Ice and Calcite
• Icicles, Ice Crystals, and patches of Snow generate in the caves
• Added Ice Crystals that emit light and can be placed in any direction
• Added Icicles that can grow up to 5 blocks long
• Icicles fall when exposed to sufficient light and deal damage
• Added the Freezing effect
• The effect reduces jump height, causes players to shake, and eventually deals damage
• Leather Armor protects players from freezing
• Added Potion, Splash Potion, and Lingering Potion of Freezing
• Added Arrows of Freezing
• Added the new hostile Frostbite mob
• Frostbite spawns in cold and icy biomes
• The mob uses melee attacks that apply the Freezing effect and throws Ice Balls
• Frostbite transforms into a Zombie after staying underwater for long enough
• Zombies and Husks transform into Frostbites in Powder Snow
• Added Ice Balls that deal damage and knock targets back
• Added custom sounds for Ice
