Minecraft Beta 1.11.0.3 - What's New?

With the release of version Minecraft Bedrock 1.11.0.1, players experienced crashes on Windows 10 and inability to activate raids, which have been fixed in this update!

New Features:

• New raid features:
  • Raids can now be activated by entering a village with the Bad Omen effect
  • The Bad Omen effect can now be obtained by killing a Patrol Leader
  • Raid waves now save correctly
  • During a raid, a Ravager with a Vindicator as a passenger may now appear
• Raids now use the "dweller component" to track raiders, even when they are unloaded
• Pillagers, Vindicators, Witches, and Ravagers spawned by a raid will now move toward their village, as specified by the "dweller" component
• Added the final design for the Ominous Banner
• Added the "/mobevent" command, allowing raids to be enabled and disabled
• Added a raid progress indicator, which will be updated in the future

Changes:

• The following items can now be used without Experimental Gameplay:
  • Ravager
  • Fletching Table
  • Smithing Table
  • Pillager Outposts
  • New villages, villagers, and zombie villagers
  • Sweet Berries
• Changes to cat spawning in villages:
  • Cats now respawn based on the number of beds in the village
  • Number of cats = 1/4 of beds
  • Maximum of 10 cats per village
• Updated the icons for the Hero of the Village and Bad Omen effects
• Grindstones now explode correctly with TNT
• Wandering Trader llamas can no longer be bred
• Wandering Trader llamas can no longer be baby variants
• Wandering Trader llamas can now spit at mobs that are hostile to their owner
• Wandering Traders now drink invisibility potions if dangerous monsters are nearby
• Wandering Traders now hide when hit by projectiles and magic attacks
• Villagers now heal after waking up in the morning
• Hoppers can now be used to fill and empty composters
• Splash water bottles can now be used to extinguish campfires

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed a crash on Windows 10
• Using Pick Block on a Nether portal will no longer cause the game to crash
• Fixed a crash when using the '/give' command to obtain different types of walls
• Fixed a crash that could occur on Xbox One when trying to sign in to Xbox Live
• Fixed a crash that occurred when resuming the game while connecting to a server
• Fixed a crash that could sometimes occur when trampling pumpkin and melon stems
• Fixed several crashes on Android when resuming the game
