Minecraft Beta 1.10.0.4 - What's New?

On February 6, another beta version of Minecraft Bedrock numbered 1.10.0.4 was released, aimed at fixing numerous bugs and optimizing performance.

Changes:

• Updated texture of the smithing table

Bug fixes:

• Fixed a possible crash on mobile devices if the player was near a new village
• Hills in tall birch forests now generate at the correct height again
• The scoreboard now works correctly with custom entity names
• The script with "isValidEntity" now correctly checks only valid entities
• Fixed incorrect results when using "hasComponent" on some entity components
• Improved generation of new villages
• Fixed a bug where dirt blocks generated in village structures
• Fixed a crash that could occur when starting the game
• Fixed a bug that prevented iOS players from accepting game invites
• The Ender Dragon no longer becomes invisible after respawning
• The lectern model now supports higher resolution textures
• Dispensers now work correctly with spawn eggs for custom entities
• Custom entities can now be used with the "[type=]" argument in commands
• The texture of the pillager spawn egg now displays correctly in an item frame
• Players can no longer respawn with shields in their hands
• Shields now display correctly when using third-person view
• Shields now always shake when blocking damage
• The shield now sits correctly in the hand when holding a crossbow in the other hand
• Fixed a bug that could occur when creating a custom entity
• Fixed a texture issue with the zombie horse's mane
• Endermen no longer look like they are always holding something when attacking
• Fixed a crash that could occur when adding a resource pack with a missing icon
• Fixed a crash that could occur when using some resource packs
• Baby mobs on leads will no longer briefly become adults
• Worlds now display in the correct order on Xbox One after restarting the game
• Breeding animals no longer spawn two babies
• Fixed a crash on Xbox One when copying a world
• Fixed a bug where items were not crafted from the recipe book if the "All Items" option was toggled
• Fixed a bug where some players got stuck on the game logo and could not play
• Fixed the texture of the wandering trader's llama
