Update Aquatic — Get Access to the Beta!
The developers have finally released a new beta version for Minecraft! If you play on Android, Windows 10, or Xbox One, you can access the new features right now!
This beta includes features such as new swimming animations, stripped logs, tridents, prismarine stairs and slabs, and a new hostile mob that lives at the bottom of the water!

As with all beta versions, please remember to back up your worlds before playing on the test build.
After downloading the beta, you'll need to go to the world creation or editing screen. There, you need to activate the Use Experimental Gameplay option.

Enabling this option will allow you to test the new features of the Update Aquatic while keeping your worlds safe.

Remember, this is not the final version and only part of the update has been added to this build.
Changelog for the first beta:
- Added Drowned
- Added swimming animation (underwater sprint)
- Added trident and new enchantments (Loyalty, Impaling, Riptide, and Channeling)
- Added slabs and stairs for prismarine, prismarine bricks, and dark prismarine
In addition to these new features, various bugs have also been fixed.
You can download the beta for Android on the page [DOWNLOAD MINECRAFT 1.3 BETA]!
