Unexpectedly after the recent release of the Minecraft Pocket Edition 0.15.8 update, the developers have released a new version 0.15.9 in honor of the upcoming Minecon 2016 event. This update brings a free skin pack to the game, the first time in the history of updates to the game with skins !
The skin pack is dedicated to Minecon 2016, which will be held from September 24 to 25 in California. It is possible that in the next updates of the game will be introduced official support for cloaks, but for now you can only use pre-created skins.
