Oktyabrsk is a small Soviet-style town standing at the crossroads of time. What’s waiting for you around the next corner — new supermarkets, old Soviet architecture, or maybe a mysterious crime story? The town is divided into four distinct districts: Railway District, Central District, Water Treatment District, and Oil Depot. Each area has its own character and unique features. You can travel between the districts either by walking the streets or taking the metro system, which includes three unique stations connected by tunnels. The city has stores, its own radio station, clothing and furniture shops, and much more. Everything in Oktyabrsk is designed for a cozy, peaceful life for its citizens.

- Botanical Garden and N.V. Pavlov Research Institute
- New metro station “Botanical”
- Hospital with adult and children's clinics

- Wheat fields now replace sunflower fields along the highway.
- The highway no longer ends at a fake tunnel, it continues north.
- Interior of the Railway District administration improved.
- Renovated radio station and post office interiors.
- Updated GUM shopping center.
- Railway District school completely redesigned — now more compact.
- Metro trains now have updated designs: classic blue and turquoise colors with a white stripe along the cars.
- Third dead-end track added at the train station.
- New railway branch in the north connecting the elevator to the main railway line.
- Minor improvements across all districts.
