Map: Uray City

Welcome to “Uray,” a map that takes you to a small northern city in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. It grew up in the middle of the taiga along with the development of the oil fields, and it takes its name from a Mansi word meaning an oxbow lake. All the familiar marks of an ordinary northern town are here in the game: apartment buildings, courtyards, shops along the road and wide streets with the forest starting almost right behind them.

Wandering around here is a pleasure even with no particular destination, and if you've been to the real Uray, hunting for familiar spots is a treat all its own.
