Developers have released Minecraft Beta & Preview 26.0.29 test version. This update fixes critical bugs with Nether portals, trimmed armor display, and item flow in water.

Changes

  • Removed block permutation component validation for geometry and material instance components.

  • Nether Portals now get ignited by lava.
  • Trimmed armor now appears correctly after suspending and resuming the game.
  • Items now flow properly in water again.
