"Tic-Tac-Toe" is an engaging logic game where two opponents battle on a square field of 3 by 3 cells. One player uses "X's" and the other uses "O's".

Game Rules:

• Players take turns placing their symbols on empty cells: one always uses X's, and the other uses O's.
• The winner is the first to line up three of their symbols in a row, whether vertically, horizontally, or diagonally.
• If all cells are filled but neither player has lined up three identical symbols, the game ends in a draw.
• Either player can go first, decide this at your discretion.
