You will get three healing potions and 10 pig spawn eggs (they are used to simulate running) after entering the forest. You need to find eight notes and avoid Slenderman (press the button next to the note). After finding all notes, an exit will open, and you need to escape as fast as possible.
Each note increases the chance of Slenderman teleporting right to you and inflicting the Wither effect. Hide as soon as you hear sounds. The sounds of fire breath mean Slenderman has teleported to a new location.
