Snapshot 19w02a for Java is out!
Have you recovered from the New Year holidays yet? The developers have already started returning to work and continued development of the Village and Pillage update!
Today, the first snapshot of the year for Minecraft: Java Edition, version 19w02a, was released. What does it bring? Let's find out!
Campfires
This is a decorative block that does not spread fire. Feeling hungry? No problem, you can cook up to four different dishes at once on a campfire!
The smoke can help you find your way home, but remember that the smoke particles don't travel far. A hay bale placed under the campfire will help!

Lectern
You can now place a book on the lectern. Right-clicking opens it, and you can use a comparator and other redstone components to get the current page number.
Cartography Table
Replaces the crafting table functionality for working with maps. For example, you can use paper to zoom out a map.
If you put an empty map in the bottom slot and a created map in the top slot, you can make two copies.
A glass pane allows you to lock any changes on the map.
Teammsg Command
Using the command 'teammsg <message>' (or tm <message>) you can now send chat messages only to players on your team!
Several bugs have been fixed.
