Minecraft Beta 1.9.0.5 - What's New?
Developers of Minecraft Bedrock are returning to work to continue development of the new update. On January 10, a new test version was released, aimed at fixing various game bugs!
Bug fixes:
- Fixed damage from dinosaurs on the Dinosaur Island map from the in-game store
- Fixed texel smoothing, so blocks now have sharper textures
- Archers now properly raise their arms on the A Nightmare in Candyworld map
- Fixed a bug that caused item loss when using the recipe book
- Fixed infinite loading of content from the store
- Fixed text on signs on the Infinity Plumber map
- Fixed animated texture speed
- Pandas now hold food correctly again!
- Empty slots will no longer be highlighted for skin packs with fewer than 6 skins
- Players can now connect to worlds that previously had multiplayer disabled
- Fixed rabbit model in various packs
- Fixed arm position of zombie pigmen on the Mutant Battle Arena map
- Fixed a crash that could occur when loading a texture pack
- Fixed a crash when trying to create a world from the Halloween Town template
- The game will no longer crash when hovering over an arrow in the crafting table grid
- Fixed "unexpected" black textures on blocks and items
- Fixed generation of podzol and other blocks in the taiga biome
- Fixed rider position
- Sheep and cats no longer appear black when using spawn eggs
- Fixed a possible crash when exiting the settings screen
- Fixed Stray arms on the Relics of the Skies map
- Shulkers will no longer turn black when attacking the player
- Fixed Stray model
- Rideable entities using the 'minecraft:explode' component will no longer cause the game to crash
- Vindicators now properly hold items in their hands on the Stranded in Space map
- Skeletons now sit correctly on spiders and skeleton horses
- Fixed a bug where the player could spawn in the air in an old world
