Minecraft 1.2.10 Beta - What's New?
The developers decided to delay the release of Minecraft 1.3 to combine it with features planned for 1.4 (the Update Aquatic).
The new Minecraft 1.2.10 beta fixes a ton of various bugs.
Changes:
- Many screens now report when a button is pressed and when it is released.
- Gamepad cursor sensitivity can now be adjusted in controller settings.
- Falling onto a hay bale deals less damage than falling onto other blocks.
- Render distance can now be adjusted per world (when creating or editing).
- Skin packs you own are now displayed at the top.
- Purchased content in the marketplace will now update automatically. You can disable this in the game settings under Profile.
Bug fixes:
- Fixed various crashes and errors related to Realms.
- The game now launches again on Windows 10 Mobile when using an Xbox One controller.
- The Teleport Me achievement can be earned again.
- Custom skins with uppercase ".PNG" extensions are now recognized again on Windows 10.
- Statistics on the achievements screen now update in real time.
- Fixed over 100 other bugs.
