In Minecraft only wolves are available for taming dogs. Do you also not like such a small number of breeds? Now there is a mod Dogs Plus for this.
The addon adds many new dog breeds to the game. You will be able to tame them in the same way as ordinary wolves. For the add-on to work, do not forget to enable all the functions of experiments in the settings of the world.
