Mod: Bot-Topia

Mod Bot-Topia allows you to create bots and program them to perform tasks for you. These robots can grow any crops for you and dump the harvest in one place.

To simplify the task, all recipes in this add-on can be created using Bot Crafter - this is a new workbench for creating bots. You can start! Open a normal workbench and put 1 workbench and 1 Red dust in it:

You can place the Bot Crafter like any other block in the game.

Now you can create your own personal bots. Each bot will need a chip that will point to a given target.

The first bot

After you have created your first bot, place it. You will need to give it red dust to turn it on. As soon as it turns on, it will be ready to work. If you have a redstone in your hands, then the bot will follow you. After switching on, the bot's inventory will be available to you to put there or vice versa to take from there.

If you want your bot to perform a task, you will need to program it by providing it with the appropriate chip.

Farmer-bot

Give the bot a farmer chip and it will be ready to work for you. To set a bot a certain type of work, you need to put the appropriate seeds in its inventory. This bot can farm:

wheat;
potatoes;
carrots;
beetroot;
pumpkin;
melon.

Bot harvester

Harvesting bots will search for farms and wait for farm bots to plant their crops. From time to time, pickers will look for a loading funnel underground to unload their cargo. Remember that bots don't know how to jump, so put the funnel in the ground 1 block below the collector.

Bot funnel

This bot walks and picks up any object that comes in its way. Although he is a little attracted to the items that the farmer drops. This bot will also look for a funnel from time to time to sit on it and unload its contents.

This bot can go far and get lost. Therefore, try to keep it behind the fence.

Sentinel bot

The watchdog bot will always follow you. If you want to leave a guard to guard one place, just right-click on it in a squat. Guard bots will attack nearby enemies or any mob that attacks them or the player.

Also, these bots will attack entities that you attack. You can arm your Sentinel Bot by throwing any weapon on the ground in front of it. You can arm with a bow and a sword. If the guardian finds a more powerful weapon, he will change it himself. It's the same with the armor, but you won't be able to see the armor on them (but in fact it is).

You can ride bareback guard bots in battle. You can control the direction of the sentry bots by holding a bow in your hand. While riding a guard bot, you can access its inventory.

Miner bot

Mining bots are useful for resource extraction. Miners will not do the work for you completely, but they will make it much easier. When mining resources, miners will pick up the extracted blocks and collect them in their inventory. If the miner finds a way to the resources, he will also start mining them. An important plus of the miner is the automatic placement of torches if they are in a dark room.

When controlling a miner bot, the control is the same as when riding a horse. A ride on the miner will switch it to drill mode. Just go to the wall and he will drill it. Miners do not mine emeralds, diamonds and blackstone, so as not to fall into the lava.
