Mod: The Mimic

With mod The Mimic, new creatures will appear in the world, representing chests and called Mimics. Almost all of them are dangerous for players Minecraft, as well as for villagers, but they drop valuable items that can be used to create your own pet in the form of a chest!

Mimic

To create a mimic, use the creation egg from the creative mode inventory, or the command '/summon rpg:mimic'.

In survival mode, mimics will appear randomly in caves.

The mimic looks like a regular chest, but it's not! If you get too close to him, he will start attacking.

He has 30 health units (15 hearts), and after his death, emeralds, iron ingots, gold and several random items (cobblestone or gunpowder) may fall out.

Big mimic

This version of the mimic has even more teeth, which means that he is even more dangerous!

To create it, use an egg from the creative mode inventory, or use the command '/summon rpg:mimic _large'.

In survival mode, they will appear in caves naturally.

Large mimics can attack villagers and are able to bite through blocks (stone, andesite, diorite, granite).

When bitten, it imposes a blindness effect and deals 6 hearts of damage! In total, this mimic has 23 hearts of health.

Mimic Edges

During the attack, he can teleport.

Appear naturally in the Edge, but can also be invoked using the creation egg or the command /summon rpg:mimic_ender.

Looks like a regular Edge chest and can attack villagers. After the death, obsidian, the shell of the Shulker and the pearls of the Edge fall out.

Mimic barrel

A mimic that moves slowly on land, but swims quickly in water.

Be careful in the water, because they swim fast and can cause poisoning effect!

To create this mimic, use the creation egg from the creative mode inventory or the command /summon rpg:mimic_barrel.

Mimics in the form of barrels appear on beaches, and after their death, sand, sea grass, and emeralds and even a treasure map may fall out of them!

Mimic Golem

This kind of mimicry is the most dangerous in addon!

As you can see, there is almost no difference between an ordinary golem and a mimic.

Mimic golems cannot appear naturally, but they can be created using the creation egg or with the command '/summon rpg:mimic_golem'.

Difficult to detect, powerful and capable of killing with a single blow. After death, iron ingots, bones, diamonds and possibly emeralds may fall out of it.

Heart mimic

Drops out from all mimics.

Pet

This pet in the form of a chest will help you transport resources! Untamed pets run away from mimics, but after taming they will help you in the attack!
