Minecraft 26.50.4 [Release]
The developers have released the Minecraft 26.50.4 update for Android! This release adds all the content from the fall Drop 3 2026: the Dappled Forest, Abandoned Camps, the poplar block set, Cushions, Straw Beds, and more. Below is the full list of additions and changes.
Drop 3 2026
Straw Bed
- A new type of bed: it lets you sleep through the night, but doesn't move your spawn point.
- It works once and breaks after you sleep.
- It's useless in the Nether and the End, trying to sleep destroys it.
- Found in Abandoned Camps. Three Hay Bales yield 4 beds at once.

- Can be placed on any flat surface.
- Snaps to the grid horizontally, but sits on top of its support vertically.
- Remove the supporting block and the Cushion breaks.
- It can't be moved from its spot.
- It has no collision, so it overlaps with any object except other Cushions.
Dappled Forest
- An autumn-themed forest biome that borders cold biomes.
- Filled with poplars, red shrubs, leaf litter, brown mushrooms, shelf mushrooms, and the occasional spruce.
- Both standing and fallen poplars grow here, with fallen ones appearing more often than other trees.
- Shelf Mushrooms generate on the poplars.
- Its wildlife includes passive and neutral mobs in their cold variants: Chicken, Cow, Fox, Pig, Rabbit, and Sheep.
