It's Time to Discover... the Marketplace!
Undoubtedly, the store system in Minecraft Pocket Edition is very strange and hardly anyone buys anything there. But Mojang went further and decided to completely rework the donation system in MCPE, giving other players the opportunity to earn money!
The following text is from the developers, not the administration of our portal!
The Update of Discoveries is almost here and will bring with it a bunch of mysteries to solve! Get a treasure map and set off to find the woodland mansion. You'll have to fight terrible monsters in the woodland mansion, but remember, if you kill the evoker, you'll be generously rewarded! Get the Totem of Undying, which can save you from death!
But the most important treasure in Minecraft is its community. That's why we're opening the doors for all third-party creators of maps, mods, and skins, giving them the opportunity to earn money and have fun!
For the first time, Pocket Edition and Windows 10 players will be able to browse, download, and play awesome community creations directly in the game, without leaving it.
We've partnered with well-known Minecrafters to create an initial catalog that will include amazing adventure maps, texture packs, mini-games, and much more. Noxcrew, BlockWorks, Qwertyuiop The Pie, Blockception, Sphax, Eneija Silverleaf, Imagiverse, Polymaps, and Razzleberry Fox - all these folks are already on our team, but we're always open to others!

The idea of the marketplace is to give the Minecraft community a new way to make a living, allowing them to support themselves to create even cooler projects.
It's for this opportunity that we're introducing Minecraft Coins, which can be purchased directly in the game on your device. Developers will be able to set flexible prices for their products, and they will receive their share from each sale. When purchasing a skin pack or map, the store may take about 30%, but the rest will go to the creators.
Players will be able to access their purchases on any device using their (free!) Xbox Live account. We are currently in talks with our partners about how this will work, so stay tuned for news.

In mid-April, we plan to launch an open beta test on Android, which will allow us to evaluate the new store among players, so you won't see user-generated content in the beta version, but it will definitely appear in the spring!
