Minecraft 1.16.30.56 [Beta]

The sixth build for RTX Minecraft 1.16.30.56 was released only on Windows 10. The developers made various changes to RTX and fixed some bugs.

Changes

• Fog configuration has been adjusted.
• PBR materials now use the Texture Sets format.
  • Existing RTX Beta worlds will be incompatible. To keep playing, get the updated RTX world templates from the Marketplace.
• Enchanted items now have a glint effect when held or dropped.
• The Blindness status effect is now supported.
• Solid-colored banners are now available.
• When mining blocks underwater, a cracking animation now plays.
• Sand and ice look better during day and night transitions.

Fixed Bugs

• Performance and stability have been generally improved.
• Input lag from mouse and keyboard has been reduced.
• Blue squares no longer appear on certain textures.
• Shimmering issues affecting items held in hand, placed in frames, on armor stands, or lying on the ground have been fixed.
