Minecraft 0.14.0 build 5 [Beta]

The Minecraft 0.14.0 alpha build 5 test version brings loading speed improvements, inventory tweaks, and fixes for boats, item frames, and more.

Changes

• Giant mushrooms no longer generate in water bodies within roofed forests.
• The inventory interfaces of droppers, hoppers, and dispensers now match the style of other inventories.
• Loading times have been slightly reduced.
• Shoveling snow now yields snowballs.

Fixed Bugs

• Hoppers are functional once more.
• In Survival, you can retrieve items from item frames without destroying the frame.
• Boarding a boat no longer spawns an extra boat.
• Breaking a boat now leaves nearby boats intact.
• Numerous sprites that were invisible in third-person front view now display correctly.
• Black visual artifacts in flat worlds have been removed.
• Player position is now saved properly upon logging out.
• Rail placement on adjacent parallel lines in the east-west direction has been fixed.
• Unusual behavior of the enchantment table has been resolved.
• Leather armor color is preserved when moving it between inventory slots.
• Redstone burnout mechanics have been corrected.
• Fences no longer display odd visual artifacts in menus.
• Breaking an item frame no longer duplicates its contents.
• Minecarts now interact and push each other in a consistent manner.
• TNT blocks no longer vanish on the client side.
• A crash related to the camera has been fixed.
