Minecraft 0.12.1 build 10 [Beta]

Alpha build Minecraft v0.12.1 alpha build 10 for Android introduces gameplay changes, updated sounds, and numerous bug fixes.

Changes

• Villagers always turn into zombie villagers on Hard difficulty.
• Endermen now avoid water.
• Leaf coloring shaders are only applied when the biome color actually changes.
• Lightmap texture is only applied to non-transparent pixels.
• Updated sounds:
  • Damage sounds now play correctly, not only when falling into the void.

  

Fixed Bugs

• Acacia and dark oak wood no longer behave like ladders.
• Fixed fall damage when landing on ladders and vines.
• Villages are no longer mostly empty; previously about three out of four were empty.
• Rain and snow no longer go through blocks.
• Hoes now correctly show damage/durability when used.
• Feather Falling enchantment now works.
• Fixed the inability to throw or drop items from the hotbar.
• Fixed the inability to throw items on the ground.
• Entities no longer bounce when walking on soul sand.
• Fixed an issue where items would not drop from the hotbar.
• Fixed player respawning in the Nether after dying there.
• Potentially fixed many crashes when closing and reopening the app.
• Fixed a crash in multiplayer when loading chunks.
• Fixed a crash related to villagers in the Nether.
• Fixed a black screen crash when launching the game with a poor internet connection.
• Snow no longer accumulates under stairs.
• Fixed a crash in the crafting menu.
• Mob AI no longer considers soul sand or chests as full-height blocks.
• Fixed Endermen shaking when damaged.
• NPCs now notice when crops are ready.
• Vines can now be placed on leaves.
• Skulls now appear correctly in multiplayer.
• Fixed entities climbing dark oak and acacia wood.
• Fixed a crash when touching the enchant button.
• Zombie Pigmen now die correctly from TNT explosions.
• The Enderman teleport sound is now audible to all players.
• Proper input handling in the port number field.
• Unicode characters can now be typed on signs.
• World name input no longer breaks when using the left arrow key to go back.
• Cacti now have the correct particles when broken.
• Fixed renaming not working in the anvil.
• Particles no longer flicker black.
