This map tells the story of a maniac who was finally caught and sent behind the walls of a psychiatric hospital. Within those four walls his mind gradually began to crack, and the line between reality and delusion blurs faster and faster. That's exactly where your playthrough begins.

This is a horror map and it's strongly not recommended for sensitive players.
