Minecraft 1.26.0.28

Developers have released Minecraft Beta & Preview 1.26.0.28 build version. This update introduces updated settings on Ore UI, adds the Flood Tool to the editor for working with water and lava, chunk management panel, and fixes over 8 bugs.

Changes

• Game settings have been rebuilt using Ore UI.
  • Most changes are visual, some settings remain in JSON UI and will be converted later.
• Keybindings for macros and coordinates are now shown by default for all supported platforms under the keyboard and mouse settings tab.
• Players can now hear the Nautilus riding sound at 16 blocks distance, and the sound volume is now lower.
• Baby tamed Wolf now has MERS maps.
• When you're disconnected from a third-party or external server, the screen now uses the same design as for other types of servers, with a more prominent message from the server.
• Added Chunk Management panel to World menu in the editor for regenerating or deleting chunks.
• Dynamic limit for selection volumes increased to 1,000,000 blocks, allowing for non-cube rectangular volumes larger than the previous 100x100x100 limit.
• Added Cinematic Tool for creating camera animation paths with control points, spline interpolation, and TypeScript code export.
• Added Flood Tool to Editor for efficiently flooding or draining large areas with water and lava.
• The Vibrant Visuals Settings panel now supports editing settings for each biome.
• Blocks that leverage the `minecraft:connection` block trait now connect when used in the Editor.
• Added Android/PlayStation support for colored block lights in Vibrant Visuals mode when "Render Dragon Features for Creators" experiment is enabled.
• Custom blocks intersecting with other blocks now have better ambient occlusion.

Bug Fixes

• Breeding animals no longer causes a crash.
• Specific blocks with Render Dragon Features for Creators experiment no longer cause the game to crash.
• Buying a Realm on Nintendo Switch no longer causes a freeze.
• Global resource packs now apply after leaving the settings screen.
• The social settings screen no longer softlocks the game upon any dropdown selection.
• Worlds in the "Shared" folder can now be duplicated and exported.
• Attachables now render correctly when the game is paused or when rendered in an NPC UI window.
• Removing light sources no longer causes a brief flash.
